Descending

Basic and Advanced Courses

Riding down a hill is categorically the best bit of the entire concept of mountain biking, its so good you just want to go faster ! However the faster you go the more risky it becomes, our descending series of courses will concentrate on this sole skill and nothing else.

Descending basic will cover the low level skills you will need to safely get to the bottom of small hills. You will cover skills such as bike setup, body position and how brake effectively. The advanced session will cover very steep slopes, drops, turns advanced braking techniques and we will turn the speed up a few notches ! All sessions are limited to six places.

These sessions can be held at either Hamsterley Forest, Caberston Forest (Golfie) or Glentress
