The person who completes the booking form is ‘the participant’ and is therefore subject to the booking and cancellation terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the booking form, the participant agrees to the dates, times and location of the service that they have booked. In the event that the participant needs to cancel their booking, the participant must contact the Independent Bike Hub no less than 72 hours prior to the session commencement date. In the event that the Participant wishes to cancel their booking, they will be subject to the following:

1.     Notification of cancellation 10 days or over prior to the session commencement date, a full refund or a place on another session will be offered at the discretion of IBH.

​

2.     Notification of cancellation inside 10 days but more than 72 hours  prior to the session commencement date, a refund of half of the course price or a place on another session will be offered at the discretion of IBH.

3.     Notification of cancellation inside 72 hours of the session commencement date, no refund will be offered and a place on another session will be offered at the discretion of IBH.

​

4.     If the participant has to cancel due to illness they must contact IBH as soon as possible. Upon satisfaction IBH will issue a full refund or offer place on another session.

Once a booking has been made, should the participant wish to transfer to an alternative session date this must be put in writing to IBH no later than 15 days prior to the session commencement date.

 

All transfer requests within the stated time frame will try to be accommodated where there is an availability on an alternate session. In the event of no alternative availability, Cancellation terms apply.
